Delivery, Exchange and Return Policy for Customized Products
At Trousseau, each custom piece is crafted with attention to detail, care, and attention to detail. Therefore, delivery times and terms may vary depending on the product type and level of customization chosen.
Process Steps
1. Custom Production
The delivery time for your piece to be embroidered is typically up to 7 calendar days, starting from the date of order payment confirmation.
If you have any questions about the embroidery or suggestions that could improve the result, our team will contact you before production begins, extending the delivery time.
2. Delivery
After the embroidery is finished, shipping will be done according to the shipping method selected at the time of purchase.
How to calculate the total term?
To estimate when your order will arrive, consider:
-Embroidery production: 7 calendar days
-Shipping: according to the deadline stated on the website (example: 5 business days)
-Estimated total delivery time: approximately 12 days, subject to variation depending on the zip code and shipping company.
How to track your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to track each step of the delivery.
Exchanges and Returns
Customized Products
Under the terms of article 49 of Law No. 8,078/1990 – Consumer Protection Code, the consumer is guaranteed the right to withdraw from purchases made outside the physical establishment, within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product.
However, this right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products, whose production occurs exclusively, according to the specifications indicated by the consumer.
Therefore, personalized products – such as pieces with embroidered initials, monograms, alterations or custom-made items – are not subject to exchange or return due to regret or dissatisfaction with the choice, as they become unusable for resale.
Exceptions
-The consumer maintains the right to replacement or refund if the following is found:
Manufacturing defect
-Customization error, not in accordance with what was requested at the time of purchase.
