What is the deadline for customization?

The average delivery time is up to 7 calendar days, and may vary depending on the type of product, the order volume and the complexity of the embroidery.

Can I embroider after trying on the product?

Of course. If you prefer, you can buy the piece without customization, try it on at home, and, after confirming the size, send it to us for careful embroidering.

I purchased products with and without embroidery. Can I receive the non-customized ones first?

Orders are shipped complete after all customization is complete. If you need something urgently, we suggest placing a separate order with the items to be customized.

Can I choose more than one piece to embroider with different names?

Yes, no problem! Just add the desired customization, save and add to cart, and then repeat with another customization.

Can embroidery be done on any piece?
