The new Solar Kids collection is a union between poetry, design and sophistication. The French-Brazilian collaboration is inspired by a narrative full of meaning, connecting different states of art in the details of each children's piece.

What is the Trousseau Solar Kids collection?

A capsule collection, Solar Kids is a co-creation starring Delphine Araxi, architect and interior designer, and Claudia Sehbe, visual artist and poet, in partnership with Trousseau Petit.

The pieces are inspired by the children's story “Pio”, a sweet narrative written by Sehbe that tells the adventures of a boy who can talk to animals. In this delightful and beautiful work, Pio, the little bird, represents each person's purpose. It is a narrative about the value of intuition, courage and purpose.

To bring the collection to life, we balanced poetry and design to translate the story's metaphors into every detail of the pieces, such as the delicate embroidery with bright colors that adorn the blanket, blanket, towel, pillowcase and other playful and graceful items.

Pio Solar Kids Sheet Set

With the same standard of quality, sophistication and comfort as our sheet sets for cribs and strollers, the Pio bird embroidered crib sheet set kit brings together three pieces:

• a bottom sheet made with 100% cotton satin, 300 threads, with a satiny and soft touch. The embroidery was strategically placed so as not to cause any discomfort while the baby sleeps;

• a top sheet in 100% cotton satin, 300 threads, with incomparable softness, with beautiful embroidery of the bird Pio and the Festone embroidery thread. It can also be customized with the baby's initials or name embroidered next to the bird Pio, personalizing the piece;

• a pillowcase in 100% cotton satin, 300 threads, which provides softness with a satin touch for the little one's sleep. It also has two embroidery options: the design of the bird Pio or the writing “Pio” in reference to the character in the story.

Pio Solar Kids Blanket

Blankets are much more than mere accessories: they are comfort items that stimulate the affection and imagination of little ones.

In the Solar Kids capsule collection, the Pio bird blanket features the character in the spotlight, made of extremely soft and cozy material to become a cuddly companion while your baby sleeps.

It also has a pacifier clip to prevent it from falling out and getting lost and can be personalized with the little one's initials or name embroidered on the piece.

To expand your options, our collection presents two Pio Solar Kids themed blanket options:

• the red mixed knit blanket features Pio bird embroidery, creating a beautiful contrast of colors and delicate textures;

• the Egyptian cotton suede blankets (the hard-wearing and softest in the world) are available in green and red and also feature the Pio bird strategically positioned in an exuberant embroidery.

The suede blankets can also be personalized with the baby's name or initials embroidered on them.

Pio Solar Kids Towel

To complete the baby's routine, Solar Kids offers the hooded bath towel, plush, ultra-soft and absorbent for after-bath, and also the diaper towel, made of pure cotton, to be used inside the bath towel and protect the baby's delicate skin.

Both models of children's towel can be personalized with monograms or with the name of the little one, or little one.

The Pio Bird

The Solar Kids collection would not be complete without the presence of the Pio Bird itself. Made with soft and cozy material and with attention to detail, this colorful and playful toy, which stimulates the imagination, will be a great playmate.
