ADRIANA AND ROMEU TRUSSARDI NETO ANNOUNCE THE 17TH EDITION OF TROUSSEAU DO BEM

Adriana and Romeu Trussardi Neto are promoting another edition of Trousseau do Bem, the brand's social responsibility project, in its 17th edition. From March 2 to April 5, it is possible to purchase selected products with discounts of up to 40%. The Trousseau do Bem Campaign is available at all stores in the chain, in addition to multi-brand stores located in the cities of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Salvador, Curitiba, Cuiabá and Florianópolis, and also at the online store www.trousseau.com.br.

With the theme “Love Always Wins”, children aged between two and eight from the Pró-Criança association in Rio de Janeiro, Centro Ludovico Padovani in São Paulo, and young adults from APAE in Belo Horizonte, signed the creation, which is composed of several different hearts, according to each of their visions. “The result could not be more exciting and surprising”, says Romeu Trussardi Neto.

ABOUT TROUSSEAU DO BEM

The idea for the campaign came about in 1999, when Trousseau decided to unite its brand with a social action that was not just a mere sale, but a way of showing solidarity with children in need. At the time, the partners created the Trousseau Off campaign. Years later, the name changed to Trousseau do Bem, but the spirit remained the same. During the specified period, products are offered at significant discounts, with part of the proceeds donated, in the form of basic food baskets, to charitable organizations in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Belo Horizonte, Brasília and Salvador. In the first year of the initiative, 1,200 basic food baskets were distributed. In 2014, 9,081 baskets were donated, benefiting 9 social organizations in the cities where Trousseau is present. When Multi-brands are added, the total number of baskets distributed rises to 9,717. According to Romeu Trussardi Neto, this proves how solidarity can unite people, motivating them to be fraternal and generous. "Among Trousseau's actions, this is the one that makes me most proud, and for a simple reason: helping others is always rewarding," he says.
