Adriana and Romeu Trussardi Neto present Trousseau do Bem 2012
Adriana and Romeu Trussardi Neto are promoting the 14th edition of Trousseau do Bem, the brand's social responsibility project, which has been running for 13 years. The 2012 edition, which takes place from March 1 to 31, offers discounts of up to 40% on selected products in all the chain's stores, located in the cities of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília and Salvador, as well as in the online store www.trousseau.com.br.

In 2012, the campaign will once again use the ShareLove theme, in a campaign created by designer Marcos Saviani and executed by Evol Design. Since last year, the White Rose has been adopted as the symbol da Trousseau do Bem. The flower was chosen because it symbolizes the gesture of giving love and sharing affection. Its image is printed as an official seal on all of the brand's visual communication during the campaign. The rose can be seen in newspaper advertisements, employee T-shirts, bags, shop windows and on stickered cars.

About Trousseau do Bem
The idea for the campaign came about in 1999, when Trousseau decided to unite its brand with a social action that was not just a sale, but a way of showing solidarity with children in need. At the time, the partners created the Trousseau Off campaign. Years later, the name changed to Trousseau do Bem, but the spirit remained the same. During the specified period, products are offered at significant discounts, with part of the proceeds donated in the form of basic food baskets to charitable organizations in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília and Salvador.

In the first year of the initiative, 1,200 basic food baskets were distributed. In 2011, 8,446 baskets were donated. According to Trussardi Neto, this proves how solidarity can unite people, motivating them to be fraternal and generous. "Among Trousseau's actions, this is the one I'm most proud of, and for one simple reason: helping others is always rewarding," he says.
